Celebrating Achievement at Morley
Five categories were selected; achievement, teamwork, creativity, effort and hardwork and humour, in which people could be nominated. Hundreds of nominations were received and the panel had a very difficult job of going through them all and selecting our eventual recipients.
An awards ceremony was held on the evening of Friday 20 May with a keynote address from Morna Hinton, Head of Learning Projects and Research at the Victoria and Albert Musuem and interspersed with entertainment from some of Morley's talented students from Flamenco, singing and latin percussion classes.

In addition to these award winners three outstanding contribution awards were given to two staff members, Frank Connelly and Jane Hartwell and to Albert Courtman, a Morley student who has been coming to the college for over 48 years.
