Morley welcomes Schoenberg expert for summer workshop

Jane Manning OBE will be visiting the College on Saturday 21 July to lead a workshop on Schoenberg's 1912 masterpiece 'Pierrot Lunaire', celebrating the work's centenary.
Manning, described as "the voice of contemporary classical music in this country", is widely considered to be one of the world's greatest performers of 'Pierrot Lunaire', and will be leading a one-day workshop on Schoenberg's masterpiece at Morley College on Saturday 21 July (11:00-16:00).
Students will have the opportunity to work closely with Jane, learning new vocal techniques while also gaining an understanding of the historical importance of this vital work from 1912.
