Morley Gallery: Don't Judge a Book by its Cover
Students on the Art for Adults with Learning Disabilities courses at Morley College are exhibiting work they have created for different projects.
Working in fabric, dye, paint and stitching, one project is based on well-known sayings and quotes. Another project is an installation of 'bugs' in mixed media.

Robyn Steward Lecture
Tuesday 9 October 1.00 – 2.00pm in the gallery
Robyn Steward is a public speaker who runs her own business providing consultancy and training on Autism. She has ten disabilities, including a physical disability, visual impairment, three specific learning difficulties and a form of Autism (Asperger’s Syndrome). Robyn is an experienced and inspirational speaker; she travels to the USA on an annual speaking tour, has spoken at the House of Commons, and will have a first book published next year.
