Literacy and Numeracy

Introduction

We provide Literacy and Numeracy courses for adults who want to improve their writing, spelling, reading, maths and learn basic computer skills.

For a Literacy and Numeracy Guide you can either call 020 7450 1889/1834 or come to the College. Come and join our small friendly groups, where you can study at your own pace. You can gain a qualification or progress to GCSE while working the hours that suit you, day or evening.

How do I join?

To join an English Language course come to an advice session on Tuesdays 10am and 5pm during the first two weeks of term and thereafter by appointment (call Anne Dolan on: 020 7450 1834). You will meet an adviser who will assess you to help decide which course is best for you.

What should I bring?

If you have lived in the UK or EU for less than three years, please bring your Home Office documents to the advice session. An adviser will tell you if you have to pay.
