Introductory workshops and courses
Learn the basics of complementary health and beauty therapy in a relaxed environment with one of our Introductory courses. These include introductions to massage therapy, beauty therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy and hypnotherapy, and are perfect way to determine whether further study or practice in a particular field is the right fit for you.
Movement therapy and relaxation
Improve your health and fitness levels and increase your knowledge of a calmer and more balanced lifestyle with our wide range of classes suitable for all ages and stages of life, including T’ai Chi Ch’uan, Qigong and Yoga.
City and Guilds - complementary health and beauty qualifications
We offer flexible daytime, evening or weekend programmes leading to vocational qualifications in a range of therapies. These include qualifications for students wishing to pursue a career in complementary health and beauty therapy, including Body Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Beauty Therapy.
We also offer a vocational Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology course for those considering further study in complementary medicine, health studies or exercise; and a City and Guilds Diploma in Sports Massage for qualified massage therapists who wish to pursue a continuing professional development course.
All City and Guilds Diplomas require tutor approval before you can enrol. Please contact us for further details and an application form, or download an Application Form now.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
We offer a range of advanced workshops for complementary therapists who wish to expand their knowledge and develop advanced techniques to incorporate into their professional practice. Certified CPD points are earned at the completion of all of CDP workshops.
We also offer diplomas in advanced massage techniques, including Thai, Tui Na, On-site and Indian Head Massage, to qualified complementary therapists. Please contact us for more information about how to enrol on our CPD Diploma courses.
OCNLR accredited courses
We offer nationally recognized qualifications accredited by the Open College Network London Region (OCNLR) for achievements in the following subjects: Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry, Human Science, Herbal Medicine and Nutritional Studies. Units gained on these courses may be used towards entry into higher education or other further education courses. Please keep in mind an additional fee is required for OCNLR registration.
Professional diplomas in traditional medicine
We offer certificates or diplomas in Shiatsu and Reiki, allowing you to practice these techniques of traditional medicine professionally.
Yoga teacher training
At Morley you can obtain an accredited diploma that will enable you to teach yoga or develop your personal practice on a deeper level. Please keep in mind that attendance to the Yoga Professional Training Introductory Day is a requirement for entry into the yoga teacher training courses. This one day workshop introduces the requirements and content of the yoga foundation course.

Advice and guidance
The Health department holds drop-in sessions for advice and guidance every Monday and Friday from 2.30 - 4.30pm during term time.
