Body Conditioning

A friendly, mixed ability session to condition heart and lungs, tone and stretch muscles and promote relaxation through rhythmic exercise. The course includes weights work.


Getting Fitter, Feeling Younger

Long warm-up followed by various activities to improve agility and co-ordination.


Body Zone

A fun, friendly and motivating class for all abilities using aerobics and weights for a total body workout. Improves cadiovascular fitness, muscular strength and tone.

Power Zone Body Conditioning

Enjoy a complete body toning and conditioning course, the ultimate gym workout.

Dance, Stretch & Tone

Utilising elements of yoga, dance, stretching and cardiovascular training to achieve all round fitness.


Weight Training

This course involves a structured warm-up, individual weight training programmes, group floorwork and stretching.

Fitness for the over 50s

This course provides rhythmic health exercise to tone up and align the body, promote confidence and improve physical and mental wellbeing.


Rhythm Fusion

This is a mixed ability course offering a fun workout, body toning and stretching programme to achieve all round fitness and promote a sense of well being. Latin American and contemporary dance will be incorporated.


Total Body Workout

This is a total body conditioning course. Come and work and sweat using free and fixed weights - let your body know it has muscles that work!

Street Dance Aerobics

Workout to the latest upfront music. A workout to bring the dancer out of you and improve your aerobic fitness at the same time.


Health in Retirement

Deal with the ageing process through physical exercise. Maintain a good range of movement within safe individual limits and physical and mental alertness.
