Morley offers a wide range of exercise courses, perfect for keeping fit and shaping up! Whether you’re looking to kick-start a new fitness regime, tone-up for your holidays or simply maintain your strength and flexibility, our fully-qualified and experienced tutors can help you to achieve your fitness goals with individual monitoring an advice.

Our friendly and relaxed courses range from pilates and power zone body conditioning through to hoop fitness, and Zumba, the latest dance-exercise craze to hit the UK. We also offer Fitness for the Over 50’s and Health in Retirement Classes for those who may be looking for a slightly gentler workout. And if you’re looking for something different, you can try your hand at Fencing or Iai Do, a form of Japanese Sword study involving no physical contact.

For those wanting to enter the fitness industry or boost their professional training we also run a number of industry-standard accredited teacher training courses, enabling you to build your portfolio of fitness teaching skills.
