Morley Gallery begins 2012 with an exhibition featuring fifteen jewellers and fourteen textile artists from the Art & Design department. This showcase of contemporary work by Morley College tutors reveals the huge talent that inspires students and informs the success of these departments.

The Jewellery section will be showing a diverse and innovative range of work including installation and wall pieces. The exhibition will include work in a wide variety of materials showing the skills and techniques of these very individual artists. Work from our Textile section will include knitting, printed textiles, shibori, hand printed wall paper, quilting, stitch, with a strong emphasis on colour and texture.
