Massage Introduction
A practical introduction to the fundamentals of therapeutic massage, learn the basic massage movements and a short routine to use with family and friends. Using the application of oils, you will be able to gain an insight into how massage can alleviate stress and promote relaxation and healing through touch. An excellent introduction for those wishing to develop a new skill or follow on to accredited courses. Maternity Reflexology
A two day course for qualified reflexologists, taught by a midwife and reflexologist. The course is accredited by the International Examinations Board and recognised by the IFR, assessment includes completion of case studies, an essay and a short written assessment. The second day is on 15th June 2013.

OCN London: Theory & Application of Herbal Medicines
A level 3 course relevant for those who wish to make preparations safely for personal and family use and for complementary therapists with existing level 3 qualifications who wish to have an understanding of herbal medicine prior to applying to study at university in order to practice.
