Creative & Experimental Textiles

Explore a wide range of textiles. Techniques and processes build and crossover during the year to form an integrated introduction to textiles. There is time within each topic to develop both the samples and finished pieces and also to develop special interests. Spring Term: Feltmaking and heat transfer printing. Summer Term: Shibori resist dyeing with indigo, and knit, knot net and weave soft basketry. Terms may also be taken separately.
