Morley College Limited is an independent registered charity. The College receives grant aid from the Skills Funding Agency and support from other bodies. However, to maintain our high quality provision and to continue to support innovative programmes, we also welcome donations of any size from past and present students and other supporters of the College.
If you would like to make a donation to the College and help support the work we do there are a number of ways you can do so:
Gift aid donation
You can give an amount to the College through Gift Aid. If you pay tax, Gift Aid is a very effective way of giving to a charity; for every £10 that you give, Morley will receive an extra £2.50 from HM Revenue & Customs, helping your donation to go further. All you need to do is complete and sign a short form which is available from the enrolment desk. There is also an option to make a Gift Aid donation on all of our enrolment forms.
If your employer operates a Payroll Giving Scheme you can opt to make a tax-efficient donation each month to Morley College. You can donate as little or as much as you want, and the donation will be automatically deducted from your monthly pay. For more information visit Charitable Giving.
Making a will
You can name Morley College as a beneficiary in your will. As a registered charity, Morley College Limited has benefited from legacies from former members of staff and students. One example is the late Ursula Hyde, whose legacy funded the provision of the Ursula Hyde Learning Centre.
