Paul Mason (Vice-Chair)

Paul Mason was organ scholar reading music at Downing College, Cambridge, and graduated in 1971. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he worked in the commercial arts sector until joining Ernst & Young in 1978, becoming a partner in 1984. He left the profession in 1991 to join the South Bank Centre as Finance Director. In 2003 he moved to be Bursar at St. Clare's, Oxford, an independent international college, and retired from full-time work in 2009.

Paul is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Royal College of Music and a Governor of St Clare's, Oxford.
