Linda Gainsbury

Linda Gainsbury has a career background in adult, community and further education and was for some time a specialist HM Inspector in these fields. She wrote several overview reports on provision for adult learners. Subsequently, she developed from scratch and headed up for over six years the Further Education Funding Council in Wales. She was responsible for designing and introducing the widening participation factor in funding.

Linda is currently Vice Chair of the Board at the Royal National College for the Blind.
