Community Partnership Forum

During Adult Learners Week 2011, Morley College hosted a partnership meeting at the college attended by over 40 Lambeth and Southwark based organisations. This meeting established the starting point for building a Community Partnership Forum (CPF). The purpose of the CPF is to create a network of community based organisations working with and on behalf of some of the most disadvantaged groups in Lambeth and Southwark.

The CPF's aim is to encourage partnerships across borough boundaries and support groups to voice their educational needs and aspirations. It also aims to encourage cost-effective ways to approach educational institutions, negotiate learning opportunities, that groups have identified for themselves; share information, skills and premises; and build effective partnerships through collaborative projects, including joint fundraising.
