Morley is run by an Executive which is advised and supported by the Governing Body. The Executive is made up of the following members:
Ela Piotrowska
Ela Piotrowska is the Principal of Morley College. Ela has a very distinguished career in Adult Education. Prior to her appointment as Principal, Ela served as an HMI with Ofsted and has been leading inspection teams across the country. She has a long association with Morley College, where she worked in various positions between 1981 and 1999.
Cass Breen
Cass Breen is the Deputy Principal of Morley College. Prior to her appointment at the college she was Head of Art at City Lit for nearly 10 years and latterly, Head also of the Centre for Teacher and Management Training and Psychology & Counselling at City Lit. Before that she held various management and teaching positions in both further education and adult & community learning, including Morley College in the 1980s. She has also been a part time inspector with OFSTED.
Nick Rampley
Nick Rampley is the Vice-Principal of Morley College. After a career in various administrative and management roles in higher education institutions within London, Nick spent ten years as Director of Finance and Administration at the Purcell School, one of the UK's most prestigious specialist music schools, which also has historical links with Morley College.
